First Post

Almost every blog has a ‘first post’ first post, I don’t want to be the exception. So let me tell you a little about the site and myself.

I read a lot of articles on bodybuilding, health and fitness on the internet. I have also bought many many books on training and diet, in fact I currently have 2 books and a dvd coming to me in the mail. But the internet is where most people get their info, because it’s free and super easy to access. The problem is that 90% of the information out there is crap. It’s usually the same myths rewritten by another clueless soul in a different format or the site has a product (usually supplements or diet pills) that they are trying to sell. It is extremely difficult to find someone who will give you the information straight up.

So I decided to create a blog where I could sort through all the B.S. out there and just give you the facts on keeping healthy and fit. I will keep the information fairly simple for now, because I also feel that a lot of the information out there is far too advanced for the average reader.
