I am 35 years old and I experience a terrible memory for names and numbers. I frankly think it is worse than other people's memories. Sometimes I imagine I am losing quite a bit because of memory loss, but I don't recognize what I'm losing because I can't remember. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

I actually (and quite sadly) know some guys who ONLY go to the gym to do the bench press.... accompanied by lots of loud grunting, nonetheless!

This article is so true. I have seen the "bench pressers" at the gym. I can spot them a mile off now. They usually have pretty bad form too, they load up the weights and then just sort of bounce it off they chest instead of keeping it controlled just so they can "look good" with the extra heavy weight"
I knew a guy who had worked his chest so much that he made himself look like a gorilla with his arched forward posture. Although I never told him to his face! Hehe
