I had some spare time during the afternoon so I made up tonight’s (as in Wednesday) dinner, Lamb and Pumpkin Pie. It can be tempting to chill out in front of the TV for an extra couple of hours but by cooking it yesterday all I have to do tonight is pop the pie in the oven for 30 minutes or so. No stress or worry.

I think I’ll use my extra time tonight to go for a walk.

Breakfast: Almond Meal Apple Pie

With double cream and Greek yogurt.

Lunch: Omelette

3 eggs

Cheese

1 tomato

A handful of baby spinach

Snack: Banana Goo

Mix together:

1 banana, chopped

2 Tbsp Almond Butter

Greek yogurt

Chocolate protein powder

Dinner: BBQ

Bio-dynamic beef sausages (these were delicious!)

Big ass salad

Mixed lettuce

Grated carrot

Tomato

Coriander

A little yogurt
