30 Days of Primal – Day 18

Thursday

Breakfast: Nut Granola

With blueberries, strawberries, yogurt and cream

Snack: Blueberry and banana smoothie

Lunch: Omelette

  • 3 eggs
  • Bacon
  • Zucchini
  • Broccoli

Dinner: Stir fry

The trick is to cook the meat and vegetables separately and only mix when eating.

  • Beef with honey and a dash of soy sauce
  • Broccoli
  • Carrot
  • Green capsicum
  • Zucchini
  • Coriander and garlic stir fry mix

30 Days of Primal – Day 17

Wednesday

Breakfast: Nut Granola

With blueberries, strawberries and yogurt

Workout: MGS

Snack: Protein shake and a banana

Lunch: Big lunch!

  • 2 Tuna patties
  • Golden baked potatoes topped with bacon and sour cream
  • Steamed zucchini

Snack: Some strawberries and a piece of 85% dark chocolate.

30 Days of Primal – Days 15 and 16

Monday

Breakfast: Nut Granola

With extra walnuts and yogurt

Workout: MGS

Snack: Protein shake and a banana

Late Lunch:

Began 24 hour fast until 3.30pm Tuesday.

Tuesday

The first meal I had today was a snack after pilates at around 3.45pm. I must say I was quite hungry.

Snack: Left over burgers and sweet potato fries

Dinner: Baked Pork Chops

Served with apples (baked with pork) and steamed zucchini and broccoli.
