Eat Stop Eat Day 1

Today was meant to be a “Stop” day but I didn’t remember until after I had already eaten breakfast from shear habit.

I still took some photos as a beginning reference. As you can see, the past month of a busy uni schedule has left me in rather a deconditioned state. I’m pretty excited at seeing what I can achieve over the next 4 weeks.

My first “Stop” day will now be Sunday, I will give you all an update next Friday.

Today’s Workout

Today I started with some ab work, then I did a calisthenics push workout of olympic ring dips, handstands and pushups on medicine balls. I followed that up a few incline DB curls.

Case Study: Bulking Up With Eat Stop Eat

I hate the word bulking. I loathed putting it in the title but I figured that at least most people know what bulking is.

For those who don’t know, in the gym world bulking refers to eating a large surplus of calories in order to put on weight. This usually means that you also put on a lot of fat which you then need to get rid of by doing a thing called ‘cutting’ in which you reduce your calories dramatically.
