Snack: Blueberry and banana smoothie
Lunch: Omelette

Dinner: Stir fry
The trick is to cook the meat and vegetables separately and only mix when eating.
- Beef with honey and a dash of soy sauce
- Broccoli
- Carrot
- Green capsicum
- Zucchini
- Coriander and garlic stir fry mix
The days of regular omelette’s are over. I guarantee you that this recipe will be more tasty than your regular omelette recipe. In fact, if this recipe is not better I will come to your house and make an omelette for you.
